Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (in the case of multiple items delivered in separate parcels, from the day you take possession of the last parcel).

How to Exercise the Withdrawal Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
